As Lifestyle Garden Allotments Limited is based in the South East of England, our first aim is to develop Silver allotment Sites in this part of the country, for sale and rental.
To this end, we are always looking for agricultural or green belt land, which is well drained and does not suffer from any soil contamination. Before acquiring land, we will have the soil analysed to check that it is suitable for horticultural purposes.
Main services such as water (and electricity on Gold Sites) must be available for connection to the allotment site. Mains drainage is preferable, but not essential.
The land must be freehold with an unencumbered title and clear vehicular access.
If you know any Land Owner, Farmer, Wholesale Nursery, Parish Council, Company or Charitable Trust that may be interetsed in selling or leasing between 3 and 7 acres of pasture land, then please ask them to contact us, so that we may evaluate the proposition.
We are also able to construct Allotment Sites on behalf of a single client, such as a Charity or a Trust whom for instance supports people with "special needs". In these cases the client's specific requirements can be incorporated into the scheme. The land can be supplied by the client or obtained by us from an outside source.
At no time will our company be looking to seek a change of use from agricultural land. We intend to uphold the character of the countryside. Lifestyle Garden Allotments Limited provides either tenancies or long leases to garden plot holders. Each Allotment Site is run by its own Management Company.
